What's it about?
Celebrated premiere sparks desire for more. Under the motto "Modern Comedian Harmonists sing Austropop," the Märchenprinzen were a real highlight of the Mödling Summer of Culture last year. And after all performances were sold out, this year the Märchenprinzen by Florian Danklmaier and Harald Buresch went into a second round. Even at the renewed premiere, the Redbox was fully booked, and among the many guests was a large delegation from the Mödling city and municipal council, led by Mayor Silvia Drechsler. Revival of the successful production by Florian Danklmaier and Harald Buresch from 2025! "Modern Comedian Harmonists sing Austropop!" The audience can again expect a fresh mix of well-known classics like "Macho, Macho," "Für immer jung," and "Stoak wie a Felsen," combined with modern songs by Seiler & Speer and Pizzera & Jaus. Embedded in a humorous story from the here and now, it creates a very special piece of musical theater with many enchanting sideskicks from Mödling of yesterday, today, and tomorrow! For laughter and dreaming! Featuring Maximilian Anger, Benedikt Florian Barth, Klemens Patek, Lukas Rapp; female guests: Irene and Iris Lang! At the piano: Walter Lochmann, on drums: Wolfgang Wehner.
