Modern Oriental Cuisine based on Ottolenghi's Recipes

What's it about?

Workshop and culinary evening of enjoyment where we cook together, learn something, prepare delicious dishes, and eat them. We will prepare dishes based on Yotam Ottolenghi's recipes, all of which have their origins in oriental cuisine. After we have cooked, there will be a wonderful communal dinner.
