What's it about?

Sexuality begins in the womb and develops throughout life! But how can we accompany children on this path in an age-appropriate, loving, and safe way? Together, we will take a look at children's sexual development, answer common children's questions, and talk about how body knowledge, feelings, and boundaries empower children.The workshop is aimed at parents and caregivers of children and offers an introduction to the sexual development of children up to approximately 12 years of age. Together, we will look at which developmental steps are completely normal, how you can accompany children in an age-appropriate way, and how you can safely respond to questions about body, feelings, and sexuality. In addition to theoretical input, you can also expect playful methods and exercises that you can easily try out with your children at home, with the aim of strengthening body knowledge, self-determination, and a good approach to boundaries. Participation is free. The workshop is limited to 10 places. Please note that bringing infants is welcome, but for mobile and independent children, care outside the workshop must be organized so that all participants can learn in a calm and concentrated atmosphere.
