Faszienfit – (16 sessions; 60 minutes) Thursday 10:00 – 11:00 AM Become more flexible, relaxed, and capable through targeted fascia training! The FaszienFit course focuses on training with the fascia roller. Through mindful pressure and rolling techniques, adhesions and tensions in the connective tissue (fascia) are released, blood circulation is promoted, and mobility is improved. Complementary mobilization, stretching, and strengthening exercises contribute to a holistic body awareness. The course is suitable for anyone looking to reduce muscular tensions or improve their mobility and recovery.
