What's it about?
"Catch, encourage, inform, orient, and entertain" are the core elements of a self-help group, as represented by PACO. "PA" stands for Parkinson's disease, and "CO" also refers to other chronic nervous system diseases such as multiple sclerosis, dementia, etc. In addition to topic-appropriate information, we offer a protected environment where you can share your worries, share joy and sorrow with like-minded people, and exchange experiences. Under the motto: Setz ma uns z'samm! Red ma uns z'samm!! Ruck ma z'samm!!! we offer a "help for self-help" for Parkinson's and other chronic illnesses in the form of regular group meetings.
