Deep Work
What's it about?
"Deep Work" is an athletic program that trains the body holistically. It follows the law of Yin and Yang, with movement sequences designed so that phases of tension are followed by relaxation. Swing phases guarantee the fun factor, and the combined strength and swing elements are sure to appeal to male group fitness fans as well. It is also certain that after the training, participants will be completely exhausted. Some exercises are inspired by techniques from dynamic meditation, which are also used in meditation.
