What's it about?

In these Last Aid courses, interested citizens learn (again) what they can do for people close to them at the end of life. Knowledge of Last Aid and caring for seriously ill and dying people should, like First Aid, become general knowledge and thus be a meaningful form of help that strengthens civic cohesion. We impart basic knowledge, orientation, and simple techniques and want to encourage people to turn to those in the last phase of life. Because attention is what we all need most at the end of life.Participants learn Last Aid, i.e., accompanying the seriously ill and dying at the end of life. The end of life and dying often make us, as fellow human beings, helpless and insecure. The Last Aid course is deliberately aimed at all people and deals with the wishes, problems, and needs of people in the last phase of life. What can I do? What help is available?
