GIN - Seminar
What's it about?
Many classic cocktails, such as Martini, Negroni or Tom Collins, are based on GIN or Sloe-GIN and delight connoisseurs worldwide with their interplay of aromas. The renaissance of American bar culture and the GIN hype of recent years have made the spirit a cult drink. As a fine spirits sommelier, I will take you into the world of GIN and you will learn everything you need to know about the history, production, varieties and use of this noble spirit. We will immediately put theoretical knowledge into practice. We will smell botanicals, taste different GINs, mix a cocktail and spend a nice evening doing so. During this time, we will jointly create a GIN that you can take home with you at the end of the workshop.
