Gas Grill Course | Mediterranean Flavors (approx. 4 hours) - no prior knowledge necessary. We will show you grilling techniques for your gas grill on many different gas grill devices - gas grill rotisseries, planchas, top-heat grills, and much more. Learn the secrets of international grill masters! Start with our detailed equipment knowledge, tips for heat control, determining doneness, and much more. We will also dedicate ourselves to the topic of "Healthier Grilling" and finally, proper and, above all, easy cleaning. The main focus will be on various flavoring techniques, an aromatic journey into the Mediterranean region, but grilling with Mediterranean smoke flavors will also not be neglected. You will use a variety of grilling tools that will help you enhance culinary enjoyment and keep cleaning efforts to a minimum. During the numerous intermediate tastings, you will learn to directly recognize and taste differences. With the newly learned preparation methods and aroma techniques, you will impress your guests at your next barbecue. After the grill workshop, you can exchange your experiences and impressions with the other participants during a multi-course menu and receive your personal participant certificate. The grill seminar takes place in the idyllic garden of a turn-of-the-century villa, surrounded by more than 100 grills - a paradise for grill fans!
