„Be-Sinnen“ - A Fast, I Love
What's it about?
Guided fasting for healthy individuals on the theme of „Be-sinnen“ (self-awareness) with an introductory evening and subsequent daily meetings in the Weinviertel Education Academy with Doris Faßler. During this time of detoxification and self-reflection, you can let go of your usual eating habits and focus on what is essential. Fasting is not deprivation, but conscious enjoyment. It can act preventively against diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and metabolic problems, and promotes a new sense of life and more energy. Take the opportunity to treat yourself mindfully and discover how your body and mind can be revitalized through conscious fasting and healthy nutrition. During the outpatient fasting week, each day focuses on a different sense: hearing, smelling, seeing, tasting, and the sixth sense. There is also a morning impulse to listen to each day (audio sent). During the introductory evening, the program for the part-time fasting week will be presented in detail. You will learn how to prepare well for the week and receive suitable recipes and a shopping list.
