Why both belong together. For moms, dads, and everyone who cares for little people — and does not want to lose themselves in the process. What this evening is about: Needs ≠ Wishes. What a needs-based approach really means. Boundaries are relational work. Saying no and staying connected. Why it is so difficult: mental load, exhaustion, and our own history. What really helps: practical, well-founded, and applicable impulses.
