Nostalgic Train Rides with the Zayataler Schienentaxi

What's it about?

From May 1st to October 26th, 2026, it will again be possible to enjoy the historic railway line between Mistelbach and Asparn an der Zaya or Grafensulz on all weekends and public holidays with the nostalgic railcars of the Zayataler Schienentaxi. In combination with a visit to MAMUZ in Asparn/Zaya, a ride on a bicycle draisine on the further route to Ernstbrunn, or a hike or bike tour in the Leiser Berge Nature Park, the Zayataler Schienentaxi offers an unforgettable experience for the whole family! For the end of the day, the cozy snack station directly at the "Grafensulz Draisinenalm" stop is available, from where, after a refreshment in the early evening, the return journey to Asparn/Zaya and further to Mistelbach can be started. Children can use outdoor play facilities both at the "Asparn an der Zaya" station and at the "Grafensulz Draisinenalm" stop.
