They were refined by the Shaolin monks and are fundamental health exercises in Shaolin medicine. We will loosen the ligaments and tendons of the large joints, stretch the muscles and fascia, and build up internal energy. All exercises are performed with the greatest possible concentration and clarity. Care is taken to create harmony between movement, breathing, and mind.This makes it possible to guide the Qi deep inside to the organs. The movements are performed in coordination with breathing, with a calm mind playing a decisive role and greatly promoting health.
