Slam Poetry

What's it about?

With performances in over 25 countries, Katharina Wenty is considered one of Austria's most successful international slam poets. She has been awarded many prestigious prizes for her interdisciplinary work as a spoken word artist and filmmaker. Since 2018, Katharina has been organizing and hosting cultural events both domestically and abroad. We are especially pleased that Katharina Wenty is coming to us at the Schleinbach Library to provide us with a poetic afternoon on November 15th. Luba Sudy will provide a musical backdrop to the poetry, and the library team will prepare a pre-Christmas buffet. Admission is free as always, but we kindly ask for a donation to continue offering engaging events.
