What's it about?
There are so many peaks in this country — and not only mountains: the highest rocking chair in the world, the largest walk-in wine bottle in Southeast Styria, the fastest summer toboggan run on this side of the Danube. Superlatives everywhere you look — and all of them want to be climbed, conquered, overcome, subdued. In a world that divides everything and everyone into winners and losers, every small town must have the biggest something, and every person must grow beyond themselves. But if strength is only a means to an end, isn't every peak also a low point? Sonja Pikart observes how "strong" men, in their hunger for power, take over the planet. How high-performers in the gym train their hearts — not to love better, but to run away faster. In doing so, she discovers poetry in times of weakness. Surrounded by an army of nuclear families who believe they have won the game of life, she finds romance in friendships. And when she is told at her weakest moment: "You are so strong!", she crafts an action figure of herself and realizes: now is the time to feel immortal! A program about heroes and those who were never one.
