Abenteuerreise ins Glück - Seminar series for children from 8 years old

What's it about?

Children are empowered for a successful life. What makes me strong? What feels good to me? How can I deal with difficult situations and develop more trust in myself? In the 'Adventure Journey into Happiness,' children embark on a playful discovery journey around self-confidence, resilience, joy of life, and inner strength. Insights from happiness research, positive psychology, and resilience are conveyed in an age-appropriate, creative, and practical manner. Who is it suitable for? For children from 8 years old or in the 3rd and 4th grade of elementary school. When and where? 8 sessions, each Thursday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM (starting October 8) at the Langenzersdorf Middle School. Participation is free of charge. The number of places is limited (max. 15 children). During the eight sessions, the children are accompanied by Mag.a (FH) Isabella Frey, M.A., and Margit Teyral, BEd. Isabella Frey has training as a resilience and specialist trainer, as well as Train-the-Trainer, and is in training to become a psychosocial counselor/life and social advisor under supervision. She also brings a solid background in health management and health promotion. Margit Teyral is a trained elementary school teacher and holds a Montessori diploma. She has additional qualifications in 'Active Learning – Health Promotion' and in the 'Practical Course in Happiness.' The latter imparts methods and approaches from positive psychology, resilience, personality development, and pedagogical practice, forming a fundamental professional basis for the 'Adventure Journey into Happiness.' Please provide the following information when registering: - Child's name - Age or school grade - Name of a parent - Phone number or email address - Additionally, we welcome a brief personal and, of course, voluntary response to the question: 'Why am I registering my child for the Adventure Journey into Happiness?'. A few sentences are sufficient – this information helps the course leaders to better understand the group and the children's needs in advance. Please note: The course leaders confirm the registration by email. The registration is only considered confirmed after their response.
