For the first time in Langenzersdorf, Julia Welther-Varga and Kurt Welther show a selection of their painterly and graphic work. Kurt Welther – a trained textile designer – studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna (master class Anton Lehmden). Julia Welther-Varga (born in Transylvania/Romania) studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cluj. In their figurative works, both artists deal with texture and (picture) structures, creating an interplay between representationalism and abstraction for the viewers.WelcomeMag.
