What's it about?

Habits that children develop in their early years often stay with them for life – including eating habits. The lunchbox, as a daily companion in kindergarten, at school, or on the playground, plays an important role in this. Annika Schnaitt, a dietitian and mother of two, presents a variety of recipes and creative suggestions in this workshop so that the snack not only tastes good but can also be varied and nutrient-rich. The cooking class price includes the cost of organic food, drinks, and materials.
