Wild und Wein im Weingut Schwarzböck

What's it about?

Experience an enjoyable evening centered around game and wine. Together with Martin Luh, author of the wild cooking picture book "Einfach.So.Wild," we invite you to a culinary encounter at Weingut Schwarzböck — a fine symbiosis of special vineyard wines and game dishes. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will taste selected wines from Schwarzböck, accompanied by game delicacies prepared by Martin Luh for this evening. Main course: Venison ragout with bread dumplings. Small finger food delicacies from game: wild meatballs with mustard dip or lingonberry dip, roasted venison with tarragon mayonnaise on sourdough rounds, deer tartare with seed oil cream on butter toast, pulled wild boar in mini brioche. Participation fee: €39 per person, ticket required (including a €10 voucher redeemable on the event day).
