Korneuburger Women's Run
What's it about?
On Sunday, September 20, 2026, Korneuburg will become a meeting point for sports-enthusiastic women. The Korneuburger Women's Run 2026 combines exercise, community, and social commitment and invites all women aged 14 and over to jointly set an example for health and solidarity.The event is organized by a diploma thesis group from BHAK Korneuburg in cooperation with Mrs.Sporty Korneuburg under the direction of owner Alexandra Groß. Participants can choose between running and walking and complete a 5-kilometer route. The start and finish are at the Florian-Berndl-Bad in Korneuburg. Runners start at 10:00 AM, followed by walkers at 11:00 AM. Regardless of whether athletic best times or the joy of shared movement are in the foreground, every participant is warmly welcome.The event stands not only for sporting activity but also for solidarity. All profits from the event will be donated to the association "Frauen für Frauen" (Women for Women), which supports women in difficult life situations. As the number of participants is limited to 250 women, quick registration is recommended. Interested parties can secure their starting place at: www.korneuburger-frauenlauf.at
