Geras Abbey is simultaneously showing several significant exhibitions: The magnificent Marble Hall houses the only unrestored ceiling fresco of this dimension by the South Tyrolean artist Paul Troger. Additionally, the Imperial Room with the special exhibition "Kaisers Zeiten" (Imperial Times), the corridor gallery with works by the herbal priests Hermann-Josef Weidinger and Seeliger Jakob Kern, as well as the Columned Hall with the exhibition "Der Mensch in seinem ländlichen Umfeld 2026" (Man in his Rural Environment 2026) and the Veduta Hall with large-scale landscape paintings reveal the art-historical treasures of the former monastery.
