What's it about?

It lives scattered, well hidden, is nocturnal and avoids humans - only a few have ever seen a wildcat in the wild. Nevertheless, you will get to know the life of this rare species in Thayatal National Park. Frieda & Carlo are the two stars of the National Park and have an important task to fulfill. They act as ambassadors of the wilderness to bring these otherwise hidden animals closer to people. At our show feedings, you will learn everything about the wildcat's way of life and occurrence and experience the two zoo wildcats as they skillfully move through the undergrowth in Austria's largest wildcat enclosure to track down food pieces. - From March 21st to Nov 2nd every Saturday, Sunday & public holiday at 3:30 PM - In July, August and September as well as during the Easter and autumn holidays daily at 3:30 PM - Duration: approx. 30 minutes - Meeting point: National Park House Costs: Adults 4.50 Children 2,- Spontaneous participation, no registration required!
