For 45 years, Blackbush – Celtic Folk Music has stood for lively rhythms, heartfelt ballads, powerful a cappella singing, and pure passion for Irish and Scottish sounds. What began in October 1981 as a musical idea has become a fixture in the Austrian folk scene: authentic, energetic, and always close to the audience. After 40 years of existence could not be celebrated due to Corona, everyone is looking forward to a special anniversary celebration full of musical highlights, memories, and surprises – 45 years of Celtic Folk that you not only hear but also feel!
