What's it about?
Cabaret with madness, wit, reality, and a lot of self-awareness by and with Eichberger and Niemand. The program "Psycho" revolves around the typical everyday psychos – those people we encounter daily: in the office, at the supermarket checkout, or at family gatherings. They seem completely normal at first glance – until you look closer. The evening is hosted by influencer Vanessa-Michelle, known from Eichberger and Niemand's first cabaret program: "Gemeindebau". With high self-confidence and a low IQ, she moderates this special talk show where the psychos are the guests. Between "authentic" confessions, life hacks, and emotional breakdowns, Vanessa-Michelle tries to keep track. Her guests are quite remarkable: ...the phobic woman who breaks out in sweat at the sight of doors, ...the football fanatic who only thinks and speaks in club colors, ...the esotericism enthusiast who predicts the future to the audience, and many more! Not all psychos wear white coats. Some sit opposite us on the bus, stand in line in front of us – or might be sleeping in the same bed. "Psycho" is dedicated to the charmingly quirky sides of ordinary people and shows that madness is often just another form of everyday life.
