Leading Classical Concert Vienna Welcome to the House of Strauss – in the historic Strauss Hall from 1837, where all four members of the Strauss dynasty once performed. The House of Strauss has been recommended twice by the New York Times in its "36 Hours in Vienna" series and described by a major Austrian daily newspaper as "a daily little New Year's Concert". Your evening begins with a sparkling wine reception and a visit to the House of Strauss Museum. There, before the concert, you immerse yourself in the world of the Strauss dynasty – in their history, their music, and the time when Vienna became the world capital of the waltz. Afterwards, the evening belongs to the music: a live orchestra and a soprano interpret works by Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Brahms, and Strauss in the special ambience of the historic hall. A cinematic narrative accompanies the evening, tracing the rise of the Strauss dynasty; subtle lighting highlights the atmosphere of the room. Not an ordinary tourist program, but a real Viennese concert experience in a place that is itself part of this history. More than a concert – an evening full of Vienna, music, and history.
