Three penniless journeymen win a fortune overnight. But only one of them succeeds in making sensible use of the unexpected luck right away. Nestroy's timeless theater hit tells with wit and depth about dealing with luck, temptation and new opportunities. Accompanied by Ziehrer's immortal melodies – including the “Schönfeldmarsch” and waltzes such as “Wiener Madl´n”, “Wiener Bürger” and “Hereinspaziert” – a lively stage delight full of humor and charm is created.
