Between Meran and Vienna, Moritz Gamper spans a musical arc that makes his openness his strength. With Dressed in Edelweiss, the singer-songwriter releases his second studio album — a multilingual work that understands movement as a principle and develops its own unique sound from it. What emerges is a lively, breathing space: blues meets jazz, folk meets classical singer-songwriter tradition. English, South Tyrolean dialect, French, and Italian meet on equal footing and expand the musical spectrum. Gamper draws from this diversity and shapes songs that allow both closeness and distance, sensitive and light-footed. The title Dressed in Edelweiss acts as a subtle comment.
