"Oliver Mally is the absolute blues dynamo!" (Schwabmünchner Allgemeine) Sir Oliver Mally has been one of the defining voices of the Central European blues and singer-songwriter scene for many years. His songs tell stories that feel lived-in, direct and unpretentious. In doing so, Mally develops his own unique approach to the blues. Alongside him is Munich guitarist Peter Schneider, whose virtuosic yet restrained playing adds depth and warmth to the songs. The musical connection between the two has grown over the years and thrives on great mutual attention, joy of playing, and an almost effortless interplay at the highest level. With their current album Songs for a Rainy Day, Mally and Schneider present an evening of blues, Americana, and acoustic songwriting.
