What's it about?
A CROSS-SPECIES SINGSPIEL Directed by: Imre Lichtenberger Bozoki A day like many others in veterinarian Maria's practice: turtle, hedgehog, guinea pig await her attention. Alongside practice dog Zuki (from Zukunft, meaning future) of course. But inexplicable ailments plague the animals, nervousness rises, ominous or auspicious events are announced, Zuki can only barely maintain order. Is the climate crisis heating up tempers? Is it the estrangement between species? Or that strange smell? When, in a sudden blackout, bat Rocky crashes into the practice and announces her bestial fantasies of rebellion, mistress and dog know: only operetta can help here. As the chosen remedy in times of crisis and change, it sweetens the transition – especially for all who already realize that something has to change. After the hit Horses. A Musical, Johannes Schrettle, Imre Lichtenberger Bozoki and ensemble present their new cross-species musical comedy.
