What's it about?

The "Nie ohne mein Team" Slam is back! For the third time, the kingly discipline in Poetry Slam will be celebrated on November 5, 2025, at the Theater am Spittelberg by the Vienna cultural association Strizzico. Normally, pure team slams only take place as part of championship events, but we say no! That’s not enough. Therefore, we have invited four teams to demonstrate impressively what a team poetry slam has to offer. Don’t miss this! The evening will be hosted by the multiple Austrian Team Slam Champions "Merhaba, Oida!" – Mike Hornyik and Elif Duygu. Line Up: TBA Doors open: 6:30 PM Start: 7:00 PM Poetry Slam is a modern competition of poets - a contest in performed literature. Participants perform self-written texts and are only limited in their performance by a time limit. In the end, the audience always decides who wins. In a team slam, up to six people are allowed per team, usually consisting of two poets. Ticket prices: Reduced: €19 (we do not check for eligibility. Any reason to buy the reduced ticket is okay with us.) Supporter ticket: €28 (we appreciate extra support for the performers and the event!)
