God of Carnage
What's it about?
The Dramatic Nomads proudly present God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton. What happens when two sets of parents meet up to deal with the unruly behaviour of their children? A calm and rational debate between grown ups about the need to teach kids how to behave properly? Or a hysterical night of name-calling, tantrums, and tears before bedtime? Boys will be boys, but the adults are usually worse - much worse. God of Carnage won the Olivier Award for Best Comedy and the Tony Award for Best Play. About Dramatic Nomads This work is presented by Dramatic Nomads, a Vienna-based community of theater-loving geeks joined by the thrill of bringing interesting stories to the stage. We are a rapidly growing community of artists founded in 2023. Each of us comes from a different culture, but our shared flair for the dramatic binds us together.
