Pete Art feat. Herbert Prohaska - 40 Years on Stage: Anniversary Concert
What's it about?
"PETE ART 40 Years on Stage" & high-profile guests Pete Art feat. Herbert Prohaska, Reinhold Bilgeri & Gery Seidl Rock legend REINHOLD BILGERI Century footballer HERBERT PROHASKA Star comedian GERY SEIDL Pete Art always gives his all and more for his 40th stage anniversary! As soon as Pete steps onto the stage, pure rock'n'roll reigns! But that's not all! He is at home in all music genres and transforms every song in a special way, that PETE ART! When he started as a young musician in 1986, it quickly became clear that he is Austria's Elvis voice and everyone wanted to sell him as an imitator! In 1993, Reinhard Fendrich even invited him to his TV show "Nix i fix" to perform an Elvis act in the ORF studio. Pete had fun, but the burden of being an impersonator became heavier and heavier. Instead of resting on his laurels, Pete always had other plans because he never wanted to be put in a box, and he always knew that radio or TV do not have to be his future, but his audience always will be the most important to him. Soon he shared the stage with giants like Georg Danzer, Ludwig Hirsch, Willi Resetarits, his friends from Monti Beton, as well as Tini Kainrath, Gery Seidl, Alexander Goebel, Andi Baum, Ulli Bäer, and many more, quickly making a name for himself in the local music scene. An evening full of music from all genres, humor, and high-profile guests awaits you! Rock'n'roll, blues, pop, Austropop, country, Italo hits, and more will make this 40th an unforgettable experience for everyone! But that’s not enough, as another anniversary beckons! 20 years on stage together with his friend and century footballer Herbert Prohaska. From 40 years, it becomes 60 years, and those were truly eventful! The two met 22 years ago at one of Pete’s many concerts, and Austria’s century footballer engaged him in 2005 for his 50th birthday! Pete still can’t believe what came of this with his absolute football idol! Since then, an incredible friendship has grown between the two, and they have become inseparable! A friendly and musical connection that is felt at every concert and simply must be enjoyed. Whether green, violet, or yellow, they both get everyone excited! The evening will be especially interesting with high-profile guests! With rock legend, bestselling author, and filmmaker Professor REINHOLD BILGERI, favorite comedian and actor GERY SEIDL, and of course his friend and football legend HERBERT PROHASKA, this night promises top entertainment! The band lineup: Lead vocals, percussion: Pete Art Drums: Paul Pozarek E-Bass & double bass, vocals: Peter Strutzenberger Piano: Markus Gaudriot Electric & acoustic guitar, vocals, musical direction: Roland Stonek Electric & Western guitar: Bernhard Krinner Background vocals: Dagmar Bernhard Background vocals, arrangements: Ursula Gerstbach and more musicians… We bring you the coolest anniversary concert to Globe Wien, and the forecast says: "Legendary"! So dear fans, come to Globe Wien and accompany Pete on his - who knows - perhaps last stage anniversary! "Let’s have a BEST OF 40 Years Friends Party".
