The city walk through Vienna's city center spans a wide arc across local pop music history: How did Schlager and Jazz "marry" in the 60s? Where did the Viennese folk scene form? Which forgotten chart-toppers were there in the 80s? And which bands were never after commercial success, but wanted to shock and provoke with their avant-garde music? The tour starts in front of the Konzerthaus entrance and ends at Ballgasse 6.
