MOGLI - THE JUNGLE BOOK (Recommended for families with children aged 5 and up.) The newly composed, wonderful teatro adventure musical from Mödling for the whole family, based on Rudyard Kipling's world-famous story, is finally coming to Vienna! Mogli's greatest adventure is about to begin: Shir Khan, the tiger, is once again roaming the jungle. But humans also threaten the untouched nature. Fortunately, the brave human boy, who was raised by wolves, has his loyal friends Balu the bear and Bagheera the black panther by his side. But when the wild monkey gang also kidnaps Mogli, the whole jungle is turned upside down. Will Mogli succeed in saving the jungle? A new teatro musical with music by David Schieber and Lena Wiesinger, based on the libretto by Norbert Holoubek. Director Norberto Bertassi: "The destruction of primeval forests continues annually, although so many people warn and have warned against it. That's why we decided to recompose the musical and bring it back to the stage. Mogli saves the primeval forest so that many future generations understand how important it is to preserve this wonderful nature." For 27 years, teatro has been known and loved for bringing world-famous classics to the stage - impressively, humorously, and touchingly. Director Norberto Bertassi, a former member of the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, has ensured the professional standard of all teatro productions from the very beginning. teatro is known for promoting and presenting many young, very talented performers on stage, thereby also making a name for itself as a talent factory. Most recently, teatro is delighted that long-time teatro performer Moritz Mausser from Baden not only played the main role of Falco in the Vereinigte Bühnen musical Rock me Amadeus but also gave a fantastic performance as Frederick the Great in Maria Theresia.
