What's it about?

A small town like thousands of others: a corrupt mayor, grievances in healthcare, justice, and education, daily growing discontent among the population. Everything could continue so nicely, were it not for the sudden rumor that an inspector from the big city has arrived to investigate. Fearing exposure, they press bribes and even their own daughter upon the young guest. However, everyone only realizes that he is merely a penniless official who happened to end up in the town when he has already fled.
