Dance of the Archetypes

Dates 19.09.26 | 17.10.26 | 21.11.26 | 12.12.26 | When we dance the seven archetypes, something becomes tangible. You move and embody figures from mythology that, according to C. G. Jung, shape the collective unconscious: The Wild Woman, the Warrior, the Queen, the Fool, the Lover, the Magician, the Sage are primal forms of human experience that are inherent in all of us. Each figure brings its own quality: raw and earthy, clear and focused, dignified, playful, gentle, mysterious, quiet. Through these images, you allow yourself movements and postures that your everyday self often denies itself: Perhaps you have never been "regal" in your movements, never truly wild, never completely crazy or radically gentle. In the Dance of the Archetypes, you can try this out - and precisely through this, something changes within you. Through movement, breath, and voice, you embark on a journey through the entire body, through the seven energy centers (chakras), and through seven elementary personality aspects. Each archetype also has a voice - and this becomes a dancing part of the body, an area that is often blocked or inhibited in many people and is given playful space here. In the Dance of the Archetypes, you can discover which personality aspects need more attention and energy, and allow them to receive it.
