Rolf Miller's 8th program! At the latest with "Kein Grund zur Veranlassung" and "Tatsachen" he achieves the final breakthrough - with "Primär" and "Obacht" the brilliant satirist can not only continue to build on his success but also reach an even larger audience - and with "Wenn nicht wann, dann jetzt" Rolf Miller will certainly accomplish one thing again: elegantly stumbling around the elephant in the room. Because that is his character: stubborn as a sack of cement - which can only be allowed thanks to his humor. Magnificently ignorant, vital dull and completely semi-knowledgeable. As always, the comedian stoically plays the rock in the surf, confidently looking away, boldly saying everything about important topics and guaranteeing nothing; and of course noticing everything, except his own failure. The more everything around him collapses, the more we cannot grasp how this cock does not realize what is going on. "He just doesn’t notice," one would say in real life. Fortunately, this dangerously effective vehicle stays on stage. "Contrary fascination," said once Roger Willemsen about it: the viewer can look down when watching the jungle camp, and thus enjoy it. Contrary to the perpetrator. But Miller manages the "narrow balancing act," as he would wrongly call it; to portray his character on one hand, but also to reflect our own failure on the other; luckily with his registers of barely exaggerated satire, with exactly the lightness we know from him - and therefore not even noticing how he at least sedates the elephant: "...if not when, uh then ... now... so uh... about the thing... practically.." It is not enough to not think; you must also be incapable of expressing it. Part 8!!!
