Stift Göss

Of particular art-historical interest are the early Romanesque crypt under the church choir, the early Gothic frescoes in St. Michael's Chapel (in the so-called Zackenstil), and the imposing roof truss of the church. The Brunnhöfl, which is still largely preserved, is also well-known. In the abbey's showroom, a reusable and downward-folding Josephinian coffin from 1784 can also be admired.
