Pfarrkirche St. Alban

The largest regional church in Tyrol (tower height 68 meters) is equipped with particularly valuable frescoes and statues in the late Baroque style - frescoes by Franz Anton Zeller, 1783. The current church is already the 3rd church building on this site and is one of the largest regional cathedrals in Tyrol, bearing witness to Baroque-Classicist style. The Gothic tower, divided into seven stories, is 68 m high and originates from the previous buildings. Around 1780, the church was rebuilt and the old tower was incorporated into the structure.
