Originally a Gothic parish church - expanded and Baroque-ized in 1747 by Jakob Singer from Schwaz - with stucco work by Kassian Singer and Georg Weber. The remarkable early Gothic frescoes on the north wall of the nave (around 1350) and 4 high-quality statues of the Old and New Testaments on the high altar by the sculptor Franz Xaver Nissl from Fügen are beautiful. Three ceiling frescoes of high value are by Christoph Anton Mayr and were completed in 1757. The wooden statue of the Madonna with Child dates from the 13th century.
