Langlaufen

In Eben im Pongau, there are two cross-country ski trails available — free to use! The beginner-friendly Pöttlerloipe directly in the town is a perfect practice loop with gentle hills. The access point is at the Monte Popolo lift parking lot or directly in Pöttlergasse. The Eben local trail can be used as an independent loop or as a connection to the over 60 km long Tauernloipe. It is a light to moderate route, also suitable for beginners. The access points are at the Monte Popolo lift parking lot or at the sports home. The cross-country ski trails are easily accessible by public transport. The Eben train station as well as the Eben Bahnhof and Eben Reitlehenbahnen bus stops are about 5-10 minutes' walk from the respective entry points.
