Katholische Pfarrkirche Gröbming

The parish of Gröbming has existed as one of the oldest Styrian pastoral care centers since approx. 1200. Around 1500, the church was completely rebuilt, and with the raising of the church tower in 1676 - 1678, the church received its distinctive appearance. In the center of the high altar is a Gothic Madonna. A special feature is the Apostle Altar, which is said to have been created around 1520/21 in the workshop of Lienhard Astl.
