Islitzer Mühle

The historic grain mill at Gasthof Islitzer in Hinterbichl near Prägraten am Großvenediger was restored a few years ago, with its originality completely preserved. The roaring water of the Dorferbach drives the large water wheel of the wheel mill. In summer, guided tours (with grain milling) take place regularly - the milled flour can then be bought directly on site.
