9-hole golf course with tradition The Bad Gleichenberg Golf Club was founded back in 1984. To this day, the golf course is a 9-hole facility. New swing with Pro David Lewer The Bad Gleichenberg Golf Club snagged the former NL national coach as its new golf pro. His resume is impressive: The new golf instructor at GC Bad Gleichenberg, David Lewer, trained the Dutch junior national team for five years. One of the girls even celebrated international successes under his care. From a handicap of minus five (-5), David Lewer coached the young Dutchwoman to plus two (+2) and numerous tournament victories - including the British Amateur Open for women in 1998. David's life was also international in other ways: Stuttgart, Finkenstein, and even an Aida cruise ship were some of the stations of the golf instructor with additional training as a PGA Advanced Professional.
