The house has existed since 1674. Around 1744, it was the weavers' inn. From 1808, it was a catering establishment. It first housed the inn "Zum Grünen Baum", and from 1865, the guesthouse "Zum Hofwirt". In 1935, it came into the possession of the Salfinger family and was named "Hubertus". At the end of 1975, this establishment closed, and thus this building ceased to serve as a catering establishment. Later, Ernst Grabner had his antiquarian bookshop there. Today it is a residential building.More information can be found at Gmundens Schätze!
