Evangelische Kirche

Bad Tatzmannsdorf was a daughter parish of the Oberschützen parish from 1784. Jormannsdorf changed its parish affiliation from Stadtschlaining to Oberschützen in 1844. Sulzriegel was a filial parish of the evangelical parish of Stadtschlaining for 185 years. Pastor Gottfried Fliegenschnee built up an independent church community from the daughter parishes of Bad Tatzmannsdorf and Sulzriegel, which was confirmed by the Superintendency in 1968. In 1967, construction began on the evangelical parish church in Bad Tatzmannsdorf. The evangelical church of Bad Tatzmannsdorf was consecrated as a peace church on October 20, 1968, by Superintendent Hans Gamauf and Bishop Gerhard May.Pastor: Mag.
