Between Faistenau and Ebenau in the Salzkammergut lies one of Austria's longest gorges: the Strubklamm. With extensive swimming passages and numerous jumps, it convinces experienced canyoning enthusiasts who are looking for the ultimate action experience in an incomparable natural environment. Following the natural course of the Strubklamm, we slide down narrow and tight slides and jump into the ice-cold water. With carabiners and ropes in our luggage, we dive together into a world of fascinating natural beauty off the beaten path. At Almbach Canyoning, both advanced and beginners get their money's worth. Brave professionals are offered jumps of up to 8 meters, while beginners can also fully develop and let off steam due to the different heights and slides. Whether it's a family outing or a company event, fun for everyone is guaranteed thanks to the varied offer. With our shuttle service, you can also comfortably get to the gorge and will be picked up from there again. Our canyoning tours can be booked from May 1st to October 30th inclusive. The duration of the respective tours is approx. 2 hours (Almbachklamm) or 3-4 hours (Strubklamm). In addition to the necessary motivation, only sports shoes and swimwear need to be brought. The rest of the equipment, consisting of a semi-dry suit, neoprene socks and gloves, harnesses and climbing helmets, will be provided by us. Showers and changing rooms are available for you in our hotel.
