Stadtplatz 32. The landmark of the city is considered one of the best-preserved Gothic secular buildings in the country. Part of the building dates back to the 13th century. In the 19th century, the inn "Zum Goldenen Löwen" was located here. The lion can still be seen as a signboard today. This lion was too lovely for the guests of the inn, they called it "Bummerl" (= small, fat dog). Thus, over time, the Bummerlwirtshaus became the Bummerlhaus. Directly on the Stadtplatz.
