Bergbau Museum

Since 1997, the geological/mineralogical exhibition by Günther Demski has been on display in the 1565-built cellar vault of the Verweserhaus or Herrschaftsamt. A good part of the exhibition is dedicated to the Walchental. The mining, which was significant for Öblarn at the time, is presented there historically and geologically. Further focal points of the collection are Öblarn marble and minerals. Tour duration: 45 - 60 minutes
