Pat Moore's The American Apology Tour - English Stand-Up Comedy in Vienna
Worum geht's?
An American in Berlin, a German wife, a needy dog and absolutely no volume control. Pat Moore brings his sold-out solo show to Vienna. The American Apology Tour New country. New culture. New dog. Same confused American. Following sold-out performances across Europe, American comedian Pat Moore brings his hit solo show The American Apology Tour to Vienna. From a small town in America to a tiny Berlin apartment with a German wife and a suspiciously photogenic dog, Pat shares the hilarious reality of starting over in a country where he barely speaks the language and somehow always manages to stand out. If you've ever lived abroad, dated across cultures, or simply wondered what happens when an American tries to blend into Germany, this show is for you. What to Expect A fast-paced hour of stand-up comedy about: - culture shock - moving abroad - relationships across cultures - surviving Germany without speaking German - awkward misunderstandings - being loudly American in very quiet places - learning that sometimes you're the stereotype Pat's comedy combines personal storytelling with sharp observations and plenty of self-deprecating humour. His previous solo show, MAMAS' BOY – Lesbian Son Comedy Hour, toured more than 28 cities across Europe. He regularly performs throughout Germany and Europe, was a finalist in the Berlin New Standup Awards, has appeared with Don't Tell Comedy, and is an alumnus of the prestigious San Francisco Comedy Competition. Today he lives in Berlin with his wife and their very needy dog.
